The subject of this tender is for the outsourcing of condition reports of properties administered by INDIS Malta Ltd at various Industrial Estates in Malta and Gozo. The tender is sub-divided into the following lots: Lot 1 – Xewkija, Gozo; Lot 2 – Bulebel, Kirkop and Kordin; Lot 3 – Hal Far; Lot 4 – Luqa Aviation Park, Luqa Industrial Estate and Malta International Airport; Lot 5 – Marsa and Safi Aviation Park; Lot 6 – Attard, Mosta, Ta’ Qali Artisan Village, San Gwann and Mriehel. The place of acceptance of the services will be at various Industrial Estates in Malta and Gozo, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be four (4) years, from the first commencement notice which shall be issued within four (4) weeks from the signing of the contract, with the possibility of being extended for a further period of six (6) months, and the INCOTERM2010 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
