State Enterprise National Power Company “Ukrenergo”, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”, towards the cost of design, supply, construction and commissioning of new SS 330 kV Zakhidna. The scope of work includes design and following supply and installation of two autotransformers 330/100/35 kV, 330 and 110 kV GIS, construction of about 5 km 330 kV diversions of 330 kV OHL and all the auxiliaries and related infrastructure for new substation in Kiev region. The works shall be completed within 2 years. Prequalification and tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms and joint ventures of firms from any country. Prequalification documents may be obtained from the office at the address below upon: • Submission of written request with clear indication “Request for Prequalification Documents for Construction of SS 330 kV Zakhidna”; • Transfer of non-refundable fee of 100 (one hundred) Euro or equivalent in convertible currency (VAT-inclusive and exclusive of all bank fees, correspondent bank fees, that shall be paid by the Applicant during payment; the Applicant individually calculates all bank fees that shall be charged during payment; in case of receipt by the Client of amount less than 100 Euro, such amount will be transferred back to the Applicant).
