Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a not for profit consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 200 public sector organisations including Housing Associations and ALMO's, Local Authorities, NHS trusts, Education Providers, Blue Light Services, Government Agencies and Charities. EEM have also established a formal collaboration with 3 like-minded procurement consortia. EEM has procured and entered into framework agreements with multiple merchants for the supply and distribution of a broad range of construction related materials required to maintain and construct domestic housing, public and commercial properties and other buildings that are the responsibility of EEM and the other consortia to repair, renew, refurbish or maintain. The framework agreements tendered are as follows: Lot 1: Trade Specific Supplies, this lot has 4 trade sub-lots as described in this notice at II.2.4); Lot 2: Managed Solutions.
