Procurement of a Framework Agreement for IT Consultancy Services

The objective of the procurement is to establish parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers. The framework agreements will cover establishment, access to, and configuration of cloud services (SaaS), as well as access to ICT consultants within a broad field of competence. The objective is that these framework agreements will cover most of the need for ICT consultants in the coming years. The contracts are, however, not exclusive, and involve no obligation to procure. Kompetanse Norge also has some other contracts that cover adjoining specific needs. Kompetanse Norge would like to enter into a long term collaboration with tenderers who understand our needs, can realise them through appropriate technology, efficient deliveries, and continual improvements to both the technology and the way we use it. A guiding principle is that applications, operations and administration is to be modernised and made more efficient through functional digitalisation and automation.
