The Delivery Contractor will be an integral part of the Project Team and will be responsible for the design and construction of a new four storey building to provide managed workspaces and associated ancillary accommodation. The building will provide approx. 2128 sq m of floor space housing approximately 34 mixed size workspace/hot desk units in a part of Plymouth whose population is known to have skills and opportunities deprivation. Bidders will be expected to demonstrate a track record and relevant experience in the successful delivery of BREEAM excellent offices with exemplar equality and diversity criteria. The Delivery Contractor will also be expected to provide commitment to work with Millfields Trust to share their vision and demonstrate their ability to deliver a high quality development that incorporates the needs of the local community.
