Technical support services. Technical support services for Safety and Environmental Case Support . The Manoeuvre Support Team (MST) (herein known as the ‘Authority) is responsible for a wide range of new Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR) and legacy bridging and gap crossing equipment. The safety cases for these equipments have been developed with the support of a number of contractors over a period of time but the policy governing these cases has since been revised. There is a degree of commonality between these assets, in terms of common hazards, mitigations, incident sequences, and equipment stakeholders. As such, the Authority seeks technical support to put in place a new common framework to govern safety and environmental cases for these equipments, and then use this to conduct a review and refresh for these equipment safety and environmental cases.
