Disposable paper products. Disposable catering supplies. Disposable cutlery and plates. Disposable cups. The Catering and Retail Service (CRS) of the House of Commons (HOC) is intending to put in place a contract for the supply of a fit for purpose, value for money, concise range of disposable catering products from an offering of various material options from sustainable sources including recycled, recyclable, compostable, biodegradable etc products. The exact requirements will be detailed in the tender stage of this procurement, however, as a minimum, suppliers must be able to provide a range of products including for example disposable hot cups, blue paper roll, disposable cutlery, take away containers etc. The CRS is looking for innovation and to improve the value for money offered by this contract. The contract will be for a 2 year period. The CRS is intending to appoint a single supplier for this requirement, able to meet the requirements as detailed and in addition support and assist the Authority by providing category contract management.
