Provision of cleaning services (buses, offices, canteen deep clean and window cleaning).The successful tenderer will be required to carry out the following cleaning: — Deep clean of each bus every 4 weeks. — Mini clean of each bus on every 4 weeks alternated with above deep clean. — Daily clean of all offices 5 days a week (some operations and front of house offices will require cleaning 7 days a week). — Deep clean of Earl Place canteen on a monthly basis (with additional cleaning twice per annum) and Harristown canteen on a quarterly basis. — Window cleaning on a quarterly basis on outside for all depots. Inside of external windows to be cleaned once a year including all internal windows on both sides. Other offices also to be cleaned once a year. — The above will be specified in detail to all applicants who qualify for stage two of this competition. All of the above are subject to change.
