This contract is to undertake the inspection and repair of fire door installations in approximately 57 premises within the Devon County Council (DCC) estate. The Service Term Contract typically but not exclusively covers: — social care units, — offices, — other corporate buildings. It is the Council’s intention to appoint one contractor to deliver the contract throughout Devon. The main works to be provided under this contract are as follows: — inspection of fire door installations, — provision of a callout service for attending to doors requiring repair between inspections, — completion of repairs to fire door installations (when commissioned).
