Wanstead Park Road, Ilford — Completion of Partially Constructed Project of 37 units.

Metropolitan Housing Trust are seeking to appoint a main contractor to complete a partially constructed project in Wanstead Park, Ilford. The scheme consists of 37 units divided into multiple blocks. 1 block is a partially completed timber frame building which is currently in a waterproof state. The other block is yet to come out of the ground but piling works have been completed. The site will have the required external works to be completed. As this is an infill site, there will be an element of rebuilding to an adjacent Metropolitan owned dwelling. All work to the scheme must comply with Metropolitan's design requirements and executed under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2011. There is a possibility of Novation from Design Consultants that are on the scheme.
