The subject of this tender is the leasing and installation of Twenty (20) energy efficient CCTV Systems at various industrial estates across Malta and Gozo, including transmission, daily monitoring and reporting. The place of acceptance of the services shall be at various industrial estates across Malta and Gozo, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be for twelve (12) months from the first commencement order which shall be issued within two (2) weeks from signing of contract. If the contract value is not exhausted within the duration of the contract, the contracting authority shall reserve the right, to extend the contract by two (2) further periods of six (6) months each. The INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
