Out of Hours IT Service Desk provision

We are looking to contract for an out-of-hours IT Service Desk with telephone and email contact options providing expert IT knowledge with specific Higher Education expertise to customers with printing, wifi, software, device, access issues and requests as well as proactively dealing with any monitoring alerts, escalating to on call staff where necessary. The Service Desk will operate between 6pm — 8am every weekday, throughout the day and night on weekends and bank holidays. The out-of-hours Service Desk will be expected to assist students with a range of University-specific IT queries such as with our VLE (Moodle), Library systems and journals, standard student applications such as SPSS/Nvivo and our Microsoft Office365 mail/calendar solution.
