Information to be provided in the application: (a) Information on Company name; Company registration number; postal address for correspondance including e-mail address; and Point of Contact for the application including phone number and e-mail address; and (b) A certificate of incorporation, if applicable, not older than three (3) months from the date of the application; and (c) A certificate concerning the Candidates fulfilment of obligations relating to the payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the Candidate is registered. The certificate may not be older than three (3) months from the date of the application. III.2.2 Economic and financial capacity, Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met The Tenderer shall be creditworthy and have the short- and long-term financial strength, stability and liquidity to finance the contractual undertakings throughout the contract period. Information to be provided in the application: (a) An independent credit report, issued in the last three (3) months from the date of the application by an independent credit reporting company, credit rating Agency or equivalent. LFV reserves the right to also use financial information obtained on our own Accord from the independent credit reposting Company UC AB and request supplementary information from the Candidate during the pre-qualification process in order to verify the Candidates economic and financial capacity. III.2.3 Technical capacity, Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met The Tenderer shall have sufficient experience for plausible realization of the procurement. Information to be provided in the application: (a) A brief presentation of similar Datalink network deliveries in which the Candidate has acted as prime Contractor and which have beend accepted by the purchaser. Deliveries to Air Navigation Service Providers are of special interest.
