The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has been given the task of constructing a new base for fighter jets in Norway. The assignment consists of the establishment of a ‘main base for fighter jets at Ørland and an advanced operation base at Evenes. The establishment of the fighter jet base includes updated and facilitated EBA for the weapon systems fighter jet, air protection and base defence.’ The Ministry of Defence has given the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency the task of establishing the necessary facilities for the establishment of the F-35 fighter jet base at Ørland and an advanced operation base at Evenes. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit an application for pre-qualification in a negotiated procedure for the construction of a supply building at Evenes Air Station. The supply building will house functions for storeroom, forwarding, commissariat depot, office functions and garage, etc., for the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) at Evenes Air Station. The supply building is planned to have approx. 40 workplaces in the building without options and will be approx. 5 000 m 2 (gross), including options.
