Purchase and maintenance agreement

Helse Vest will purchase a tool for calculation of Patient Level Costing (PLC)-data. The tool should as a minimum fulfil the requirements in the national standard for PLC-calculations (‘Nasjonal spesifikasjon for KPP-modellering 2012’). In addition, the purchase will also include consultancy services for installation, configuration and development, implementation and administration of the PLC-model of Helse Vest. The implementation of the tool that is purchased is planned to start second quarter 2016, meaning that the implementation is finished well before 1.1.2017, which is the requirement from The Norwegian Ministry of Health and Care Services.
