School Based Counselling and Online Counselling Services to Young People in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

This Tender relates to the provision of counselling services for young people (up to the age of 25 years) both in education and those no longer in education within Rhondda Cynon Taf. Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking to commission two services and this Tender consists of two lots: Lot 1 – Provision of a School Based Counselling Service (including Community Bases) Lot 2 – Provision of an Online Counselling Service The contract is for a period of 3 years (subject to funding) from 1st September 2015 with an option to extend for a further period of 1 plus 1 years. The contract will be reviewed annually and funding levels may be subject to change due to budget cuts.
