Term contract involving the upgrade of kitchens, bathrooms and electrical installations together with associated general building work and redecoration works in occupied residential properties in the ownership of the Council. It is intended that the contract shall be for 2 years with the an option by the Council to extend for a further 1 year. The Council operate a rolling programme of improvement and it is estimated that upgrades will be required to approximately 300 properties per annum.
