The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed Powys is looking to engage with providers of Vehicle Telematics with a potential interest from the other Police Forces across Wales. The provider should be able to provide as a minimum the following criteria: — Real-Time Resource Tracking and Location; — Vehicle Geo-Fence Briefing and Activity Reporting; — Vehicle utilisation by mileage, time spent moving and number of trips against workload; — Integration into Storm and other Force Systems i.e. Tranman etc.; — Driver Behaviour Management; — Vehicle Information Management; — Vehicle Health Monitoring; — Journey Data Recording; — Incident Data Recording; — Vehicle replay including IDR alerts and driver ID reporting; — Driver ID via Dallas Key/RFID cards; — Access levels for Covert Fleet; — Officer Arrive at Scene ‘Auto Update’; — Task not ask ‘Silent Dispatch’; — Historical Replays; — Sat Nav Dispatch; — Reporting Package.
