Statutory agencies and housing associations in Hertfordshire are looking to establish a joint funded preventative and intensive support service for Adults with multiple complex needs. The vision of this service is to establish supportive relationships, appropriate accommodation and fulfilling daily activities for adults with complex and multiple needs, through a more cost effective use of collective resource. The successful provider that delivers this service must be able to successfully deliver services to complex and chaotic clients and work strategically to build credibility and provide analysis and learning which will help influence the delivery of public services in Hertfordshire in the future. Tenderers wishing to take part in this project are invited to “express interest” which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
