The Contracting Authority would like tenders for the procurement, production, personalisation and distribution of driving licences and driver qualification cards (CPC). The supplier shall, together with the contracting authority, prepare the plastic cards and accompanying letters for the driving licences and for the driver qualification cards (CPC). The current template for the Norwegian driving licence shall mainly be used. The licences shall be ready for production, which involves personalisation 1.9.2018.
