Halton Borough Council seeks to commission a Consultant from an RICS or RIBA regulated Consultancy Practice to carry out complete design services for Capital works and Planned Repairs and Maintenance projects across the Council's portfolio of properties utilising the skills of Architects, Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, and other associated professional services to allow schemes to be delivered from inception to completion. The consultancy will be required to provide a full range of services for the Council for a period of three years with the option to extend this for up to two further periods of 12 months each to be awarded at the discretion of the Council.
