FVAH032 Supply of Surgical Lasers

The new Forth Valley Acute Hospital which will be based in Larbert has a requirement for Surgical Lasers. This includes: Lot 1 — Surgical laser, carbon dioxide; Lot 2 — Surgical laser, holmium. Full details of quantities will be provided at ITT stage. The supplier will be expected to act as the prime contractor for delivery and installation of the full solution required. Any pre-installation works required will be carried out in partnership with the PFI Consortium responsible for the construction of the new facility. A stage 1 pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued after the notice closing date to assess the financial, economic and technical standing of those responding. This must be completed and submitted to HFS.
