Road harm counselling for victims and witnesses. The supplier shall: — provide an end to end service, as and when required, to meet the needs of Victims and Witnesses of RH collisions; — provide or enable through clearly defined pathways, practical, emotional and therapeutic support that enables victims, witnesses and their families to cope and recover; — liaise directly with the victim (in the case of serious injury), their family (in the event of death) in arranging access to suitable support services including legal support available when attending coroners’ court.
