New Tip-off Management System for the Directorate of Fisheries

The contest is for the procurement of a new system for the management of tip-offs to the Directorate of Fisheries. The Directorate currently receives tips through a number of channels, including to our 24-hour manned Fisheries Monitoring Centre (FMC), to inspectors on assignments, to the communication staff, the document centre, and to executive officers. The Directorate of Fisheries would now like to have a system in place that can help us register, gather, and systemise tips, so that the Directorate of Fisheries can make use of the tips we receive to the greatest possible degree.
