The Council is seeking bids from organisations and / or Consortiums who are able to provide a complete Telecare and Responder Services for the residents of the Borough or Rochdale. The service will initially cover: — Monitoring — Responder — Monitoring Fee During the lifetime of the contract the Council may wish to introduce other service including but not limited to the below — Daily Check visits and weekly check visits — Care services eg. Personal Hygiene in an emergency — Daily calls to customers for prompts or to check all is OK — Triage Service for Telehealth – daily analysis of results, escalation etc.
