Wrexham Council is inviting tenders for the detailed design for the provision of an arts and cultural industries hub in the People's Market building. The design will be developed to RIBA Stage 3 up to, and including, submission of planning application. Following on from work that has been carried out to date, the Council is now in a position to build upon the outcomes of the feasibility study, sketch design scheme and outline business case that have been prepared. The Council requires a Developed Design (RIBA Stage 3) to be prepared, including co-ordinated and updated proposals for structural design, building services systems, outline specifications, cost information and project strategies in accordance with RIBA design programme.
