The Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation seek tenders for Wide Area Network Support and Management Services. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support for the Departments WAN routers and firewall infrastructure. They will also be expected to work in collaboration with the Department's security advisors and other consultants in the design and implementation of any new systems and infrastructure. It is intended that this competition will result in a service contract between the Department and its preferred service provider, for the provision of the services outlined in this document for a period of four years subject to annual reviews.
