Futures Housing Group seek to appoint a contracting partner(s) to execute capital works, improvement works and other projects that may be within the capabilities of the contractor(s). The work involved is the second phase of Housing quality standards work in the Daventry & District Housing area and elemental planned projects in both the Daventry & District Housing and Amber Valey Housing areas. A Project Partnering Contract(s) will be operated. the works may include, but not exhaustively, kitchen renewal, bathrooms, rewires, central heating, roofing, insulation and alternate energy sources, fenestration and building fabric. The work may include a small number of non- traditionally built houses. The contract will be in place by April 2012.
