Preliminary market consultation (PMC) regarding supply of 72,5 kV submarine cable system, transport (MJ2-30 – 2022-03-6)This Preliminary market consultation is in accordance with regulation 340/2017 on procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors which is the implementation of Directive 2014/25/E of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014. Landsnet, the Icelandic TSO, is preparing a public procurement exercise for a complete functional supply of approximately 12 km 72,5 kV submarine cable system, including all labour, equipment and materials required for design, fabrication and factory testing, transport of cable and accessories to a harbour in Iceland, installation of the submarine cable, installation of transition joints and hang offs and completion and commissioning as a part of a new 72,5 kV cable system connecting Mjólká Substation and new substation Bíldudalur located in the Westfjords Region
