EPUB/Accessible e-book services, framework agreement.

The contracting authority needs EPUB services for access to e-books. The contracting authority intends to enter into a parallel framework agreement with a maximum of 3 tenderers. Tenderers must be able to provide assistance within the following areas: 1) Standard content 2) Advanced content In addition tenderers must reckon on assignments for PDF-version and DAISY DTBook format. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically the contracting authority has procured for EUR 950,000 excluding VAT a year.. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Maximum value including options and expected price increases: EUR 7,000,000 excluding VAT. See part 2, Description of Needs for further information.
