To supply new Screens and Associated Equipment to cover Thames Water needs for AMP6 across the whole Thames Water region. Equipment in scope: — Inlet & Storm Screens; — Sludge Screens; — CSO Screens; — Abstraction Screens; — Grit Removal; — Screenings Handling. The supply lot includes design, supply, installation and commissioning of asset including the supply of spare parts/components to Thames Water's maintenance suppliers for use on Thames Water assets or to Thames Water direct. The lots are as follows: Lot 1A Screens Sublot 1 Inlet screens — small (under 500 litres/second), medium (500-1000 litres/second), large (over 1000 litres/second), combined screen/screening treatment Sublot 2 Storm screens Sublot 3 CSO screens Sublot 4 Abstraction screens Lot 1B Grit removal Sublot 1 Vortex separators complete with grit and air lift pumps Sublot 2 Grit treatment — reciprocating rake classifiers Lot 1C Screening Handling Sublot 1 Screenings transfer equipment (conveyors, launders and launder pumps) Sublot 2 Screenings treatment equipment — small (less than 5 cubic metres/hr) Sublot 3 Screenings treatment equipment — medium (5-10 cubic metres/hr) Sublot 4 Screenings treatment equipment — large (over 10 cubic metres/hr) Applicants can apply for any part of any sub-lot, any sub-lot or a combination.
