The Norwegian Parliament will enter into 2 Framework Agreements, one for travel agency services and one for assistance with course and conference services. The contracts will cover the Contracting Authority's need for services in connection with travel and courses/conferences. The contracts must safeguard the Contracting Authority's access to services with satisfactory quality and service at competitive prices, and conditions that are in line with the user needs. A data processing contract will be signed, regulating the relationship between the data controller and the data processor.
