The focus of this Framework Agreement is on the Supply, Delivery and Installation Window Coverings. The main aims of the Framework Agreement are, by aggregating their requirements, Institutions gain access to Contractors of consistently good / high quality fitted Window Coverings, delivering the service requirements to multiple sites within a geographical area, at competitive prices and with robust terms and conditions of contract in place. Whilst APUC is seeking price rationalisation across Institutions, the quality of product and servicing of the contract must not be compromised. The Contractors will be expected to supply a range of products, specific to each Lot's requirements, which are suited to the diverse needs of each institution and the varying uses of their estate.
