Integrated human resources and payroll management system.

North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council have a shared service for all back-office functions and now seek to invest to: Completely integrate payroll and human resources HR systems, activities, working practices and processes in so far as the employee terms and conditions of each council allow. Future-proof and enable the expansion of externally delivered HR and payroll services Provide a high degree of employee and manager autonomy for HR processing via a self-service facility. Ensure the council is able to meet all its statutory and national policy requirements in a controlled and timely manner. To this end we are now engaging with the market to establish how these objectives and outcomes might be achieved. This consultation (PMC) is designed to encourage the market to engage with the development process before a procurement is released.
