Procurement of Cars/New Car Administration System for New Orkland Municipality

Orkdal, Meldal, Agdenes and Snillfjord municipalities are neighbouring municipalities in Trøndelag. The municipalities are cooperating closely and from 1.1.2020 Orkdal, Meldal, Agdenes and parts of Snillfjord will merge into 1 municipality. The new municipality will be named Orkland municipality. After the merge the municipality will have 20 000 inhabitants. Orkland municipality wants to be in front of establishing a good system, organising and using official cars in the new municipality. The new municipality will have a broader service area and geographic catchment area than what is currently the case for each municipality. The municipalities that shall be included in Orkland municipality currently have different systems for their car administration from different providers. The objective of the tender contest is to establish a joint system for Orkland municipality ready for signing when the current Framework Agreements expire. An environmental friendly profile shall be emphasised when a contract is entered for cars to the new municipality.
