From 1.1.2020, the municipalities of Orkdal, Agdenes, Meldal and parts of Snillfjord kommune [municipality] will merge together and create one municipality, called Nye Orkland [New Orkland]. Software has previously been procured for case management, delivered by Visma Entreprise AS. All of the municipalities currently use Familia. Flyktningetjeneste og voksenopplæring [the refugee service and adult education] are a cooperation between the municipalities. The municipalities that currently manage this Use Visma Flyktning and Visma Voksenopplæring. There are currently 2 municipalities that do not utilise the specialist programme HsPro, but Orkdal municipality, that is clearly the largest of the merging municipalities, currently uses this. Collectively, this constitutes the central professional systems for the relevant services in the current municipalities. The software is used as the central trade management system for the entities.
