The National Collection Agency [Statens innkrevingssentral] (SI) wants to enter into framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of high-end and mid-range computer equipment based on information found in this description. The agreement has a duration of two years with the possibility to extend for a further one + one years, maximum four years. SI wants a solution that secures our data in a proper manner, and which gives us an optimal operations solution. Through this procurement, SI will enter into framework agreement on: — Expansion/supplementary/completion purchasing of existing High-end and Mid-range installations and necessary operative system and software in order to serve it's purpose. — Installation, testing and commissioning of the procured equipment and software in the agreement to obtain stable operation with high performance. — Support 24/7 including pro-active services. Dedicated team that knows the SI systems. — System or functionality for automated error reporting. — Maintenance of machine and software. — In addition, consultancy services are requested in connection to the sub area.
