ITB # 031/2015 - “Supply, Delivery and After Sale Service of Passport/Document Readers”. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Armenia hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. The Government of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as “the Borrower”) has received a loan from the European Investment Bank–EIB (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) – towards the cost of the two following projects “Modernization of Bagratashen, Bavra and Gogavan Border Crossing Points of the Republic of Armenia (MBBG BCPs)” and “Provision of Equipment and Infrastructure for the Bagratashen- Sadakhlo Border Crossing Point between Armenia and Georgia and enhancement of their capacities”. This International Invitation to Bid relates to the contract for “Supply, Delivery and After Sale Service of Passport/Document Readers”. These Goods are expected to be delivered to Bagratashen Border Crossing Point in the Republic of Armenia by 30 August 2015. The criterion to be used in the tender evaluation is – Lowest price offer of technically qualified/responsive Bid for each item. All Suppliers are invited to participate in the tender.
