The awarding authority would like tenders for TS-reviews in accordance with the road safety regulations and/or risk analyses in order to assess traffic safety for new road projects and new/existing tunnels. This contract includes the following type of services: — TS-reviews: — a review of the development plan is carried out before the plan proposal is put out for public hearing, and it shall be available at the latest before a political decision on the development plan — a review of the detailed engineering design services shall be carried out before the construction start. — a review of the completed construction before it is opened shall be carried out when the road site is deemed to be completed, but before it is opened. — a review after the road has been opened shall be carried out in the introductory use phase of the road site. The review shall include a site survey of the completed site and an assessment of whether road users use the road as presumed. — risk analyses: As the analysis objects and problems will vary, the analysis process and use of method must be able to be adapted to this. We would like however the analysis to be carried out based on main concept based on « guidelines for risk analyses in road tunnels»/«risk assessments in road traffic » which can continually be developed and improved on the basis of experiences from previous analyses. There are no absolute « accept criteria » for risk that the analysis results shall evaluate beyond technical requirements in regulations and handbooks. Cooperation process: Each risk analysis shall be carried out in cooperation with the employees in Statens vegvesen in order to ensure that the existing competence within road planning, operations, traffic management, traffic safety, road users' behaviour and vehicles is utilised in the analyses. Central cooperation partners will be, amongst others, project managers/planning employees and tunnel administrators/safety inspectors. The service provider can give a price for risk analyses and/or TS reviews. Prices cannot be given for smaller geographical areas than the area Region Mid.
