Multi disciplinary Design team

The Employer wishes to appoint a Consultant to provide a Multi disciplinary design team to oversee the design and construction of this new facility. The team will consist of a Lead Designer, Architect, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineer. A Design Leader will also be required. Further consultancies such as acoustics, fire engineering, planning, building control, etc may be introduced A particular design and management challenge for the Centre will be the combination of a busy clinical day-procedure department, under NHS governance, with the highly-serviced building requirements of a world-class life sciences laboratory. The value given herein is the estimated construction value excluding Fees and VAT.
