General Coach Hire

This tender is for coach hire (with a driver) and will cover all of the University of Worcester's coach hire requirements. The tender is split in to 3 Lots: Lot 1 — Graduation Transport Coaches are required to transport graduates and their visitors, staff and VIPs between various University sites and Worcester Cathedral for the annual graduation ceremonies which take place over four days, currently in November. It is anticipated that this Lot will be awarded to one supplier. Lot 2 — Executive Coach Hire The main requirement under this Lot is for a professional shuttle service between University of Worcester sites for University Open Days and other University events. It is anticipated this Lot will be awarded to one supplier. Lot 3 — General Coach Hire This Lot will cover all other University of Worcester coach hire requirements and will include local, national and international destinations. A framework agreement will be created for this Lot and it is anticipated that three suppliers will be appointed.
