CCTV upgrade and maintenance services.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion in tendering for the upgrade and maintenance to Hambleton District Councils CCTV System and optionally replacing the current transmission network with a lower cost solution. The tendered work will include options for: — Replacing the Baxall Pyramid Matrix with a new control system and replacing analogue VCR video recording with digital recording, — Providing Maintenance of CCTV cameras and equipment, — Replacing the current BT RS1000 fibre network with a lower cost system. The PQQ Guidance Pack contains a table of equipment that, at the tender stage, each supplier will be required to demonstrate their ability to maintain the existing system and install the new upgraded system. This will be scored and evaluated at the tender stage. Please be aware that the Council will require a supplier to meet an Eight Hour response time, as a minimum, for an on-site engineer (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) as part of the maintenance contract. The supplier’s response time will also be scored and evaluated at the Tender stage, as detailed in their tender response.
