The Contracting Authority and its group operating subsidiaries own and supported housing schemes in Northern Ireland and 7 general needs, sheltered and joint managed supported housing schemes in the Republic of Ireland. The Contracting Authority are seeking to appoint a Service Provider who can deliver the Passenger Lift, Stairlifts and other disability hoists servicing, maintenance and renewals contract to the highest possible standards and can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority a proven track record in the delivery of these services. The successful Service Provider must be able to show a commitment to providing effective services that provide value for money to the Authority and its tenants and customers. The successful Service Provider will need to have demonstrated a commitment to addressing welfare to work, focusing on the young and long term unemployed.
