Video matrix and consultancy services.

The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into agreements for supplies and services in connection with the expansion of the digital video matrix. The Awarding Authority shall enter into 1 framework agreement for purchase of supplies in connection with the video matrix and 1 agreement for delivery of consultancy services. Both agreements shall be entered into with one supplier and the tenderers are therefore asked to submit tenders that include both agreements. The system in operation is NiceVision Control Centre and the proposed supplies and services shall therefore be compatible with this system. The consultancy service includes installation of equipment, commissioning of equipment, consultancy service, maintenance, emergency service, telephonic consultancy and training. The existing video surveillance system is a hybrid system with an older American Dynamics analogue video matrix working in interaction with one digital NiceVision system. The Awarding Authority wishes to procure supplies and services in connection with expansion of this system. The object of the procurement is to complete the digitalisation and upgrading of the existing NiceVision Control Centre. The existing NiceVision system comprises recorders, encoders, decoders, network components, servers and client equipment. All components shall be connected through a dedicated network without external connection. All suppliers shall submit tenders which includes the described supplies and services specified in annex 1. The delivery shall make the digitalisation and upgrading of the existing NiceVision Control Centre possible. The supplier must present documentation issued by NiceSystems which confirm that the suppliers in question are directly compatible with the NiceVision Control Centre without using middleware. This agreement applies for the equipment’s operating time, estimated to 10 years. See also annex 1 regarding procurement agreement and consultancy agreement where the main assignment and options are further described.
