The Contracting Authority has an ongoing project for the development of a web based resource management tool for operative resources. There will be call-offs for the development team and other resources under an existing Framework Agreement. In addition to the development team, the Contracting Authority needs a new contract outside the Framework Agreement with a resource who will be used in the development of the prototype for continued work on optimising algorithms in Horizon software.
