The Council is currently considering a purchase of a large mobile digital screen and is seeking to partner with an agency for the provision of digital advertising on its mobile screen which will be based at various locations in Farnborough and Aldershot. The Council at this stage would like to speak with agencies to get some information on how viable this investment is and how marketable the area of Rushmoor is to potential advertisers for the Council to gain a good return on its investment before we tender this opportunity.
