Cromer pier major works 2011/12.

North Norfolk District Council is to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to carry out the structural renovation of the sub-structure of Cromer's seaside pier. Note, the works do not include the buildings on the pier nor the lifeboat station sub-structure and building at the seaward end of the pier. The sub-structure of the pier, located in a very exposed coastal environment, is to be renovated over a two year period. Suitably experienced contractors are invited to submit a formal request to participate by the due date. Note that this is a readvertisment of the contract notice. Previous applicants will not be reconsidered automatically and are required to submit a new application.
