Swansea University are tendering for a suitably qualified and experienced Architectural led Design Team to provide full services in line with the RIBA work stages, to develop Stage D proposals through to and including Stage L, the successful organisation will be novated to the construction contractor following RIBA Stage E(+). The Innovation Hub comprises of a circa 10 200 m2 steel frame tradition construction on a piled foundation. Swansea Unviersity are looking to award this contract for the duration of 40 months, commencing September 2012. Community Benefits do not apply to this contract.
