North Portsea Island Coastal Flood Defence Scheme — Phase 3: Tipner Lake

Portsmouth City Council (the 'Authority') is embarking upon a major programme of coastal defence construction as part of the North Portsea Island Coastal Flood Defence Scheme. As part of this scheme, the Authority has awarded a contract to deliver Phase 3 of the programme which will cover flood defence works at Tipner Lake from the Mountbatten Centre, Twyford Avenue to the Ports Creek Roundabout. The target completion date for construction and landscaping works is December 2019. The value for the works is in the region of 10 500 000 GBP.
