landscape maintenance consultant to manage and monitor the current two landscape maintenance contracts and contractors. There is existing pdf drawings and bill of quantities in place for the existing projects/sites. Any new additional sites or alterations to the existing drawings/bill of quantities that are required/requested by the client are to be carried out as part of the contract with all copy and intellectual rights being the sole ownership of the Link Group Ltd. Within the role the consultant will be responsible for all clerk of works duties (all sites to be visited once a month), Quantity Surveying duties that covers the management of monthly valuations & additional site bill of quantities etc, any Landscape Architects requirements i.e. the provision of any specifications/new site drawings and the management of all complaints and to their conclusion. The appointed consultant will also be required to organise and chair two monthly progress meetings (or any adhoc meetings whenever requested by the client) for both contractors and all parties. In 2016/17, the appointed consultant will be responsible for the procurement of the next landscape maintenance contract and all required works associated with the client's requirements.
